1. Who we are
Sunny Rejuvenation is a sole-trader aesthetics and wellbeing practice run by Sunny, a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and an independent prescriber. Treatments take place in a dedicated treatment room or, by arrangement, at your own address anywhere in Scotland.
- Trading name: Sunny Rejuvenation
- Website: sunnyrejuvenation.uk
- Phone: 07916 624003
- Email: sunnyrejuvenation@gmail.com
- Service area: Scotland
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sunny Rejuvenation; "you" means the person booking or receiving a treatment, or making a product enquiry.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply whenever you book an appointment, attend a treatment, submit an enquiry through this website, or otherwise use sunnyrejuvenation.uk. By submitting a booking or enquiry form you confirm that you accept them and that you are at least 18 years old.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you book is the version that applies to that booking.
3. Booking an appointment
Submitting the form on the contact page, or the enquiry form on the CalerieLife page, is a request — not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once Sunny has replied and agreed a date and time with you.
You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email after submitting the form. That email confirms we received your details; it does not by itself reserve a slot in the diary.
Please give accurate contact details. If we cannot reach you to confirm, the request may lapse.
4. Consultation, suitability and consent
Every treatment begins with a consultation and an assessment of whether it is appropriate for you. Sunny may decline to carry out a treatment where, in her professional judgement, it would not be safe or suitable. This includes declining on the day, after assessment, and it is not a decision we will compromise on.
You must give complete and honest information about your medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any previous treatments. Withholding relevant information can make a treatment unsafe.
You will be asked to give written informed consent before any treatment. You can withdraw consent at any point before a treatment begins.
Where a treatment involves a prescription-only medicine, UK law prevents us from advertising or promoting it to the public. This website therefore describes only the areas and concerns that can be assessed, never a specific medicine or product. Whether any such treatment is appropriate is decided in consultation.
5. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the pricing page are our standard charges and are a guide. The final price depends on the plan agreed at consultation — for example the number of areas treated or the amount of product used. You will always be given the full price before a treatment starts, and you are free to decline.
Prices may change without notice; the price we quote you at consultation is the one that applies to your appointment. Payment is due at the end of the appointment unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Changes, cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to move or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can — at least 24 hours before the appointment where possible. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by phoning or emailing us.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean we ask for payment in advance for future bookings.
If Sunny has to move or cancel an appointment — through illness, an emergency, travel conditions, or because a treatment turns out not to be suitable for you — we will offer you the earliest alternative and refund anything you have already paid for that appointment.
The cancellation link in your confirmation email is single-purpose and does not expire on its own. If you click it more than once you may generate more than one cancellation notice; this is harmless, but please do let us know if you are unsure whether a cancellation went through.
7. Mobile appointments
Where Sunny travels to you, you agree to provide a clean, well-lit, private space with somewhere to wash hands, and to make sure the location can be reached and parked at safely. A travel charge may apply depending on distance; it will be agreed before the appointment.
Sunny may end or decline a mobile appointment if the environment is not suitable for safe, hygienic treatment.
8. Aftercare and results
You will be given aftercare advice for your treatment. Following it matters: results and healing depend in part on what you do afterwards, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes affected by aftercare advice not being followed.
Individual results vary. Nothing on this website, and nothing said in consultation, is a guarantee of a particular result. Photographs and reviews on this site show individual experiences, not a promised outcome.
If you have any concern following a treatment, contact us as soon as possible so it can be reviewed. If you have symptoms that worry you and cannot reach us, contact NHS 111 or your GP; in an emergency, call 999.
9. Products and supplements
The CalerieLife range described on this website consists of food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle, or advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or living with a medical condition, please speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
Product enquiries submitted through this website are enquiries only — they are not orders, and no payment is taken through this site. Availability, price and suitability are confirmed with you directly.
10. Use of this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for a consultation.
The text, photographs, design and code on this site belong to Sunny Rejuvenation or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party product names and images are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by submitting false bookings, automated submissions, or content that is unlawful or offensive.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or entirely free of errors.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of income or opportunity, or for outcomes arising from information you did not disclose or aftercare advice you did not follow.
12. Complaints
If something has not gone as it should, please tell us — email sunnyrejuvenation@gmail.com or phone 07916 624003. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to give a full response within 21 days.
As a registered nurse, Sunny is also accountable to the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and you are free to raise a concern with the NMC directly.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
